DJI’s Mavic Pro Platinum May be the Best Consumer Drone on the Market

While perhaps not a name recognized in many households, DJI has made a name for itself in tech as the biggest in the consumer drone market. 2016 saw the release of the Mavic Pro, one of the best drones ever created for common use and a favorite among drone enthusiasts with some of the highest ratings ever garnered. At the end of 2017, however, DJI went a bit further by upgrading their already exceptional base model and releasing the Mavic Pro Platinum. While most compact drones have fewer features than larger models, the original design boasted a wide range of features that placed it among the top consumer drones ever released, and the Mac Pro Platinum is an improvement beyond merely a change in color.
