Michelle Lo worked as a Technical Sourcer and Recruiter for Google. For her first year with the company, Lo was responsible solely with staffing up the Site Reliability Engineering Team. In 2007, she moved within Google to hire a team that would build-up the Google Platforms Team. For four months in mid-2008, Michelle Lo was the Senior Technical Sourcer for LinkedIn. Her assignment there was a limited one; she quickly staffed up the departments that needed more personnel before jumping ship to work for Facebook. Since joining Facebook, Michelle Lo has aggressively built new teams and enhanced existing Facebook departments with staff culled from some of the best technical universities in the United States.
