The QWERTY keyboard layout debuted on the typewriter in 1873 and has been the standard for typing since that time. This wide adoption was mostly due to the popularity of the Remington model of typewriter that used the design. Due to the popularity of the QWERTY layout, personal computers also adopted it early on in the development of the technology. Most have never questioned it due to the similarities between word processing on a computer and typing on a typewriter. However, once the QWERTY keyboard became a standard for touch screen mobile devices, some disadvantages became apparent. The confusing layout lost the advantages it had on tactile systems when transferred to the confined space on a mobile phone screen. Since most users were only using their thumbs or a few fingers to type, the QWERTY keyboard was no longer optimal. That’s why cool product Dextr wants to challenge the QWERTY keyboard standard on mobile devices and replace it with an alphabetical layout. Anyone who wants to try Dextr’s new style of mobile keyboard but has trouble setting it up on their phone can ask a mobile tech support professional to help them install this cool product. New aspects of education turn digital every other day it seems. Test taking, grading, essays, and even college courses in their entirety have all taken advantage of digital advances in the last decade. However, there is one small administrative detail that has shockingly remained exclusively paper-based through all that time: transcripts. High school and college transcripts remain paper-based, which is highly inconvenient to both students and administrators. It increases both the effort and time necessary to both order and process transcripts, as well as sending them between institutions when a student is graduating high school or transferring colleges. Small business owners who don’t have the technical knowledge or the right connections can have a lot of trouble setting up an online store for web-based clientele. Cool product Volusion provides a complete e-commerce solution for businesses covering every aspect of the process. Volusion distinguishes itself from its competitors by including every aspect of e-commerce for small business rather than focus on one particular point of it. Other services provide help with an online POS system, social media marketing, or order processing. However, these services usually come from separate companies, making the process less convenient and fractured for already-stressed business owners. Volusion differentiates itself by offering solutions for all of these things in one complete package. The company wants to be a one-stop solution of sorts and give small businesses one experience for all of their e-commerce dealings. In theory, this sort of all-in-one solution could reduce the need for business IT support services.
