PRESIDENT DAVID,
I HOPE THIS ADDRESS IS CORRECT SO YOU RECEIVE THIS MESSAGE.
IT WAS A FLUKE THAT I WAS GIVEN YOUR 800 NUMBER WHEN I CALLED BEST-BY FOR A GEEK. AFTER SEVERAL LAYERS OF PHONE CALLS I FOUND YOUR FIRM. PRAISE THE LORD.
I WANT TO COMMEND YOUR STAFF FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVED ON MAY 27TH & 30TH FROM STANLEY. JOSHUA AND ESPECIALLY ROY H. OF FLORIDA.
I WAS HESITANT ABOUT GIVING MY VISA CARD NUMBER TO STANLEY A TOTAL STRANGER, BUT I WAS DESPERATE. I THOUGHT MY SYMANTEC ANTI VIRUS WAS TAKING GOOD CARE OF ME. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I WORKED WITH ROY H. THAT I LEARNED THAT THIS VIRUS CRAP NEVER GOES AWAY UNTIL I HAVE YOUR TEAM
ERASE IT. I DELETE COOKIES EVERY DAY.
ROY IS A REAL ASSET TO YOUR TEAM. I WATCHED HIM ON MY SCREEN AS HE TOOK REMOTE CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER. NOT ONCE WAS HE EVER STUMPED OR WAS THERE A DELAY WHILE OTHER TECH’S WOULD SAY THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY HAD TO FIGURE OUT.
DAVID, THANKS TO ROY I HAVE LEARNED THAT JUST LIKE AN AUTO YOU HAVE TO HAVE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE. MY PC WAS LOCKING UP TRYING TO ACCESS THE INTERNET. I NOW HAVE MUCH FASTER SPEED. IT’S TOO BAD THESE HACKERS HAVE TO RUIN SUCH WONDERFUL INTERNET ACCESS.
I WILL NOT HESTATE TO RECOMMEND RESCUECOM.
THANK YOU RESCUE TEAM.
DWANE W.

I think everyone is missing the point of the Yahoo-Microsoft deal. Most people have forgotten Novell, except the people in Provo, UT still reeling from the destruction of the Microsoft machine, and of course, Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google. Eric Schmidt took over the reins at Novell in March 1997, when Microsoft was outselling Novell’s Netware Operating System 9 to 5, certainly the decline of Novell’s once 90%+ share of the Network Operating System to just about nothing today should not be lost on the folks over at Google. When you’re on the go and having laptop problems, RESCUECOM’s laptop repair service can respond 24/7 to your wireless, virus, and software issues.
Our techs at RESCUECOM see many laptop repair problems; one of the most common is laptop screen repair. Laptop screens typically use liquid crystal display (or LCD) to show images and are made up of millions of little dots called pixels. When sections of your screen appear distorted or smudged, these pixels are probably “stuck” on one color and may need laptop screen repair. Professional laptop screen repair services may be able to fix or “unstick” small amounts of damaged pixels, or just turn them off so that they appear black. A white or black pixel is a dead pixel, and likely cannot be fixed through laptop screen repair. With too many dead pixels, laptop screen repair may not be enough, and you may need to replace your screen. Read more »

Help and expertise for your home or business to go wireless, speed up connections or create a network with RESCUECOM’s computer networking support.
Computer networking allows several computers to communicate with one another and share files, Internet connections, printers and other devices. A router can share an Internet connection from a modem among multiple computers creating what’s called a local area network (LAN).
Wireless technology is enhancing the possibilities of computer networking even further. With proper wireless network adapters, you can connect any computer to a wireless router or WiFi hotspot, or use a wireless router to replace an existing wired network with wireless computer networking support. Wireless connections rely on radio waves, similar to televisions, cell phones and radios. Most new laptops and many desktops come installed with wireless transmitters. There also are wireless cards and USB wireless adapters that you can purchase and install yourself, along with wireless routers, and computer networking support and wireless network troubleshooting help from RESCUECOM, to set up a wireless network.
