DueProps offers hundreds of props listed by category, and the app offers a social feed that allows co-workers to congratulate those who have earned a new prop and otherwise support each other.  Employees can earn unique props such as “cat wrangler” for project heads who effectively organize their groups to perform well or simpler ones such as “coffee run” for those who bring others coffee.  Every task from the smallest to least can earn recognition, while the point system allows appreciation based on the difficulty or severity of the task.  Accessibility is no issue, and a user can log into his or her account from any desktop, laptop or mobile device when they need a computer support issue resolved.

Users who earn enough props can “level up” and eventually earn milestones, and employers hoping to incentivize group projects can set shared team goals as well.  Companies can work with DueProps to customize goals as they wish, and they can even set challenges for multiple props worth more than the typical point values.  For all it offers, it is easy to see how DueProps can improve the morale of those who work diligently while providing the encouragement needed for everyone to perform at his or her best.
