Azalead Connects Sales Teams with Potential Buyers

We live in an era of information, with almost anything you might want to know available within a few moments of searching online. The internet is arguably the most common medium used when someone wants to know an obscure fact, communicate with friends, or shop. As more and more people search online for the products they want, face-to-face interactions and sales phone calls are becoming less common. For many companies, their website has become the most important part of selling their product. Consumers will often search online for something they want, visit a website selling it, and do most of their research before even calling a company to find out more. This can frequently leave the consumer without a full understanding of a product and does not give a sales team the chance to sell their merchandise. Azalead aims to provide a way for sales associates to reach potential customers who visited a company’s website.

Specifically, Azalead focuses on business-to-business transactions. The app provides business computer services to alert a sales team when a potential customer has viewed a company website. Azalead checks the IP address of a business that looked through a website and collects bits of information from around the web about that business. This information is then sent to a sales associate’s phone to provide a solid lead.

The app even provides ways to target promising leads or specific companies. Azalead can show you how favorable a lead is, based on the frequency of visits to your company website and which pages were views. The app then sends this information to a live feed on your phone where you can choose which leads look like a probable sale. Alternatively, you can mark target businesses to track. You will then receive an alert every time one of these businesses visits your company website.

Some might worry about internet security with something that is tracking their online activity. Azalead addresses this by stating that it does not use any cookies or collect personally identifiable information, in compliance with U.S. and E.U. laws. Rather than collecting information about an individual’s habits, the app’s main goal is to identify relevant sales data about a company. In theory, this should increase the number of promising sales leads and result in marketing that is more efficient. In an environment where a decision of whether or not to buy a product often occurs before ever speaking to a live person, Azalead seeks to give sales teams more control over a potential sale and provide opportunities to sell their company’s product.
