This connection makes completing necessary work functions while away from the office quick and easy.  In fact, given the portability of mobile devices, users can access important files, send e-mails, and set up meetings even while they’re out or traveling.  The remote function in Lifshitz’s software is similar to, but not exactly the same as, technology that remote computer repair companies use to access people’s PCs.  With this cool person’s mobile software, professionals may be able to access work easier than ever before, whether from home or on the road.

Many companies don’t let workers use their personal phones for professional purposes due to security risks.  No company would want sensitive information out in the wild, unprotected on an employee’s mobile device.  Nubo helps with this issue as well.  Since Nubo operates entirely through remote access software, it allows employees to access work information securely without ever downloading a single work file onto their phones or tablets.  This feature means that companies can have workers use their own devices without worrying about added security risks.  This aspect of Lifshitz’s service could also save businesses substantial amounts of money by eliminating the need to supply every employee with a special smartphone for work purposes.  Currently, Nubo is available for Android and Apple mobile devices.  Users can get smartphone PC support if they have issues with the app’s remote access function.

Lifshitz worked in information technology for over a decade before founding Nubo.  He developed the idea for the software over his career because he constantly ran into security issues involving employees who brought technology home.  This struggle is what led him to break out and found his own company.  It is likely this past experience will aid Lifshitz as he looks to solve the problem of remote work access on a smartphone with Nubo.
