Hi, Josh.
I got your name and email address from Brian L. He was my “remote technician” today when I was hacked and a bunch of spyware and adware attached to my files.
He was absolutely the most comforting, professional and capable person I’ve worked with in a very long time. My experience with your company was perfect from the first second I contacted you. Brandon, who answered my call, was polite, calm, calming and reassuring. He helped me set the remote session up that ultimately put me in contact with Brian.
I was very close to meltdown by the time Brian got on the phone with me. Let me amend that statement: I was in early stage meltdown by the time Brian and I spoke. I was SO scared that I wouldn’t get everything fixed before some thief could steal my identity and literally ruin my quality of life for years to come. I was, no exaggeration, about to faint! OK, so I’m emotional and I was very scared.
With that said, though, Brandon, Brian and everyone with whom I came into contact at your company made me feel safe, and nothing is more relevant when you see your identity flash before your eyes!!!!
Whether you draw the extreme level of integrity your employees and colleagues have because you, too, have this warm, wonderful energy; whether you have the most banging customer service training program ever invented; whether it’s luck (not likely); or whether it’s a combination of all of these … your team is the kindest, most helpful, most amazing group I’ve ever worked with — NO EXAGGERATION. You have a customer for life.
I am a client services executive – recently laid off – and if I was technologically competent, I’d beg to work for you because your company is so impressive. I’m NOT a technician so … I guess I can’t beg on that count but I am going to – if I decide to go back onto Facebook since I think that’s where this damned virus came from! – post a link to your company and brag about you on my page.
You should be very proud, and I truly hope you experience all of the success you want and deserve. I just can’t get over how wonderful your staff made me feel. They truly saved the quality of my life. This, as I said to Brian, is a BIG DEAL.
